24 Hrs and above 15 %
12 to 24 Hrs. 20 %
4 Hrs to 12 Hrs. 50 %
NO CANCELLATION/ POSTPONEMENT / OPEN ALLOWED 4 HRS PRIOR TO DEP OF BUS.
In respect of tickets canceled by the passenger, Accounts Department of VRL Logistics Ltd will refund the amount applicable to the concerned Credit card / Debit Card / Online banking account .
In respect of refunds due to ticket not booked but amount debited to passenger's account, passenger is required to send e-mail to feedback@vrllogistics.com mentioning TMPPNR of transaction. Accounts Department will verify the details and refund the amount to the concerned Credit card/Online banking account.
In respect of refunds due to software Problem, Ticket not booked or any cancellation of service by VRL.
Refunds to passengers will be given normally in 15 working days, after the cancellation of ticket or receipt of e-mail. If refunds are delayed, passengers may contact VRL Customer Care.
